On the 31st of May, BC Schrobbelaar is organizing a party

IMPORTANT: Days without basketball..
The upcoming weeks there will be a couple of days without reacreational
and Schrobbelaar basketball. To be exact: 30 April, 5 Mei and 12 Mei. So
have a nice Queensday & holidays!

Michiel de Jong and Jasper Schouten have just become a daddy! BC
Schrobbelaar wants to congratulate them, and of course the mommies also!

't Koggeschip
From the 24th of December till the first of January 't Koggeschip will
be closed. During this period there are no activities planned.

ANNOUNCEMENT: Schrobbelaar Style Party @ Amstelhaven!
The party after the tournament will be held at Amstelhaven. A great location near the Amstel Hotel!
June 12 - UPDATE: Schrobbelaar tournament FULL!!!
The tournament is now officially FULL! Earlier I sent an email to all Schrobbelaars that only individual subscription was still possible. That is still the case, but now you will be placed on a reserve list. Whenever a spot opens up, people on the reserve list will be given the opportunity to join.

Schrobbelaars! The tournament organised by Schrobbelaar is filling
quickly. About 2 months to go, though allready 35 official
subscriptions. Subscribe quickly (!), the maximum amount of people
that can subscribe will be (and stay at) 100! It would be a pitty if I'd
have to say no to some of our members.
May 14 - IMPORTANT: Do not forget the
DEADLINE of May 31st
Dear Schrobbelaars, do not forget the deadline to pay outstanding
fines, contribution is may 31st! Also before this date you need to:
- Unsibscribe if you do not intend to keep playing at Schrobbelaar (send
an official email).
- Find referees for the new season (only for H1, H2 and D1)
Not unsubscribing and finding referees will
have big consequences. You'll either have to pay the contribution (if
you do not unsubscirbe) or will not be able to play (if you do not find
a referee).

The statistics have been updated for the teams that provided the
latest game statistics through email. Check them now under "Team
Information"!

April 20 - "Schrobbelaar Style"
Tournament announced!
BC Schrobbelaar will organise a tournament to end the season in
style. The tournament will be held on june 30th in the USC and is open
for all USC basketballers (Schrobbelaar and Recreational). More info can
be found HERE. Do not hesitate to subscribe, there are only 100 spots /
10 teams open for subscription.!
April 4 - NOTE: NO training Friday 6th of
April and Monday 9th of April
This Friday the USC will be closed because of "Good Friday". This
means there will be no training.
Also Monday the 9th of April there will be no recreational training
because of Easter.

members!
BC Schrobbelaar has three new board members. From today Ilja
Uhlenbeck, Karen de Fouw and Vicor van der Veen have joined the
workforce of BC Schrobbelaar. An email has been send out to all members.

Februari 4 - UPDATE: New Tasks Online
NOW!
The tasks for February 18 are online now (together with the tasks of
Feb 4)! Check them and write them in
your agenda's. They can be found in the menu under

Also from now on in the task list sorted on
date we will post the NO's (Niet Opgekomen / No Shows). People
with an X behind their name will receive a E15,- fine shortly
after not showing up for their task!!!
January 30 - IMPORTANT: D3 - BV Lely 6
rescheduled!
The game of D3 that was originally scheduled on 18-11-2006 is
rescheduled to Monday 12-02-2007, 2100h.
January 2 - EVENT: LUSV Tournament coming
up!
The LUSV tournament is coming up again! This year the theme is "Snow
Fever" and it will be held (as usual) towards the end of February on the
23-24-25. If you would like to join the tournament please send an e-mail

December 18 - CONGRATULATIONS! ...on passing your F-course!
Schrobbelaar wants to congratulate Eva v Erp, Silke Kuilman,
Margaritha Adams, Eva Vernooy, Yasmine Voorhoeve, Jonne Janssen, Bianca
Kroezen en Mike Broerse on passing their F-course in refereeing! All had
a score above 8,0! WELL DONE!!!
December 18 - NOTE: No training between Chrismas and New Year!
There will be no training from Monday 25th of December untill
January the 1st. Wednesday the 3rd of January trainings will start
again.

Some of you might still remember the good old Haarlem Basketball
Week, some of you might not. It s now back! A week full of basketball in
which teams from different countries play against each other. For more

In January an e-course in refereeing will start. If you have passed
your F-course you will be able to join and I advise you strongly to do

November 9 - NEW: Movie of the Week - Never seen before H1 2005 footage!
In 2005 a game against Bluestars has been taped. I allready made a
movie about it... though never posted it due to lack of webspace. Now,
since we have a new website... it is in the "Movie-Of-The-Week"
section. Enjoy!
November 5 - NOTE: F-course on December 3 starts at 11.00h
Because our homegames start later on the 3rd of December the
refereeing course will start at 11.00h instead of 10.00h.

October 15 - Anne Bijlmer has become father!
Anne Bijlmer, former member of H1, has become father. On the
28th of September his girlfriend Manon gave birth to a girl.

The FIBA has released a document (in Dutch) in which they explain
how the FIBA rules should be interpreted. It is highly recommended to
browse through the document so you have an actual view on the rules. You

June 28 - Summerjam 2006 was BIG success!!
Hey all! The Summerjam 2006 tournament & Afterparty were a big
success!! All thanks to the people participating and the people helping
to make everything possible. Special thanks go out to Eva, Ilja, Tessa,
Niek (aka DJ U-nique), Lars (aka DJ Larush) and Remco (aka DJ Remco).
